Webinar: Regenerative Design for Startups and Early Stage Companies
Date: Tuesday, April 9th
Time: 12:00 Noon MDT
Let’s face it…starting a new business or non-profit is not for the faint of heart. It takes vision, hard work and perseverance. Yet, the vast majority don’t succeed. Is that because the idea or the vision was lacking in some way? Or the team didn’t put forth the necessary effort? Sometimes, perhaps. But often it is because the true potential of the organization went unrealized.
Regenerative organizational design allows potential to be unleashed, teams to thrive, and organizations to build the underlying “healthy soil” necessary for a strong foundation, healthy growth, abundant outcomes and long-term resilience in an ever-changing world.
This webinar, facilitated by Being Imaginal’s Jason Knoll and nRhythm’s Tre’ Cates, will introduce participants to the definition of the regenerative organization and the six guiding principles. Participants will leave this session with a better understanding of how to take a living systems approach to designing organizational roles and responsibilities, systems and processes, as well as resource allocation and investment.
