Because today’s forward-thinking entrepreneurs know that their organizations need to adapt to a rapidly changing world, they are going beyond sustainability and are striving to be regenerative. These leaders and their organizations acknowledge that their responsibilities lie beyond themselves and their actions should foster thriving ecosystems, both human (organizations and communities) and physical (the environment). But even visionary leaders can lack the know-how to make this dream a reality and may fall back into management techniques that are degenerative, controlling, and hierarchical. Further, in order to make it in the rapidly evolving world, organizations need to be agile, creative and productive – and it’s tough to make that happen unless your teams have enough autonomy, information and participation needed to make innovative decisions.

If this sounds like you or your startup or early stage organization, this course is for you! Being Imaginal has joined forces with nRhythm to introduce you to a holistic, systems-based approach to improving organizational outcomes while increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and well-being of employees. We do this by using the nRhythm Regenerative Framework. The Framework helps you unleash the potential in people and organizations to be who they are designed to be, so they thrive.
